Watched the first two episodes of the new Gundam Reconguista in G and concluded it's not the Gundam series for me.
Even with Yoshiyuki Tomino directing again.

Pretty sure Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin will be more up my alley.
Previews look promising, retcons not withstanding.

I've been iffy on watching Reconguista. Part of me wants to give it a shot, the other part of me is like... I've severed those ties.

I'll be watching The Origin, as I read the manga, but yeah, those retcons man... as the saying goes, what's animated in the Gundam world is canon, so those retcons are now canon and that's a little

I knew the premise going in, because they gave it away in the trailer and commercials, but even then there were a LOT of surprises.

It's official: this is my favorite movie trilogy.

Now I'm just trying to figure out how to include Spaced and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World as honorary installments.
