The point I'm making is, because she's the new Karin, people should realise the exact same thing is happening and try as they might, she's probably not gonna get added to an existing group and is gonna wind up in her own.

Why is that so hard for people to understand?

It's completely normal to want your favourites to debut and looking for each first opportunity they get, including being over-dramatical about that stuff, thing that you've showed too, so just calm down, Starra, babe.

But it's not normal to overreact like that and "joke" about wanting to die if she doesn't get into S/mileage. I get that you're upset, but really? Talking like that isn't cool.

Plus, Rikako is great. She deserves it. <3

And so do the new girls.


I also feel like people who whine about Rikako not being added to something every single time are kinda selfish. I'm not saying people can't be upset, but after a while of this happening I dunno maybe it's time to realise it's not going to work out the way you want it to.

I really wish we had footage because this is a little difficult for me to take in.

Of all the Kenshuusei, he picked two that I wasn't really interested in. Which is hard because I love so many of them. And this is even though he picked two!

Right now I feel like a bunch of Aika's got chosen.

And that's not because of disappointment of who was chosen, but because the two Kenshuusei that I do recognize seem so plain.

(Seems like with these choices Tsunku didn't really want anyone with star quality or huge levels of talent like he's been saying. He overlooked all his most talented and experienced KSS...)

But that's just my initial feelings. I need to see the girls more.

I'll probably love them like Sakura. Sakura got chosen over Hamachan even tho Hamachan was my favorite. Now Sakura is my favorite over all of H!P.

On the bright side it's pretty amazing that the two Kenshuusei chosen had to audition 3 times to get in. That pretty much beats Reina.

This so much, I've always thought Maria came off as boring and Haga was kind of the voice that never stood out unlike everyone else in the faux-12 girls.

You might not be the one freaking out about it but by reacting to the freaking out you're instigating the conversation around it.

Being one of the forum veterans you of all people should know how these auditions goes. We get the Kikka's, Karin's, and Rikako's pretty frequently. If you hadn't responded the conversation would've been dead on arrival.

P.s. for the record I'm on the Rikako going solo or getting her own group. Between Riho, Sakura, Mizuki and the combination of Maa, Duu, and Ayumin I don't want my favorites to lose out on time/Rikako won't get the camera time she deserves.

It'll be interesting to see how Post-Sayu Musume screen time goes but there's already a decent number of front girls. I hate to say it but the rational part of me thinks 12th gen will be largely background fodder until 9/10th gen start graduating.

JUST TO CLARIFY, by the way, I'm not a Rikako anti or anything. I've warmed to her. She's pretty and is really good. I just get annoyed at whiny fans. It's not just you, stam4o, I've seen a lot of it...

If Rikako was added to MM。or S/mileage, I wouldn't complain. She's fine, and yes, I do think she should debut. However, I simply feel like Tsunku's saving her for a new unit. I can't see her fitting in in MM。, and her voice doesn't really work for S/mileage. A new unit with Rikako, maybe Ruru and a bunch of other KSS? I'd be all for that.
