When you're on the Board Index/Hello! Project Index page (same difference), scroll down to the bottom of the page. "The dark basement of the building," as esm says.

I don't see anyone demanding separate threads for Pokémon, Sailor Moon, Hannibal, K-pop…

Pokémon and Sailor Moon already have their own threads.

That proves the point that people don't care to venture out to post in them though.

I doubt it's actual effort for anyone to click into another section. At one point it just became the case that people got in the habit of not using (or maybe even checking) them.

Tbph I've thought on many occasions, "I wish these Babymetalheads would just create their own goddamn thread in the other music sub," but it would wind up being a wasteland as others have said. And really, it's not so hard to simply scroll past posts in this thread that don't interest me. I did it for years whenever Yossi's name would come up.

Frankly I'm not even opposed to the idea of just creating a separate Babymetal thread within the main H!P forum, the way we do with Stylips. But I know some of you would object strongly to that.

So the status quo seems a reasonable compromise, in my opinion.

Hey, one of the StylipS girls was an H!P member. And YuiKaori were kind of related in that they were part of Happy! Style with Nocchi. At least they're somewhat related to the main dish, unlike Babymetal, lol.

Same with LoVendoЯ. They count because an ex-H!P girl is a member.

That's how it should work imo, anyway. The only threads in the H!P section for groups that aren't directly H!P-related should be a) under UF* (we have a UF* thread already), b) have a former H!P girl as a member (StylipS, LoVendoЯ), or c) be produced by Tsunku* (Backstage Pass). If they don't fit any of those qualifications then they shouldn't be talked about outside of 6th Station imo.

*On a regular basis. Otherwise we'd have an Afilia thread.
