Yeah I was rewatching old Buffy episodes and S3 really is when it got good. I found some of the first season unwatchable. Ugh, Xander.

started watching J-Drama again. remake GTO (Great Teacher Onizuka) 2012 had a memorable cast. i recommend watching.
watching GTO 2014 now. the acting is so cringeworthy especially in the 3rd episode. i recommend not watching.

^I'm not on dramas. Though I'm gonna read the original manga of GTO at some point. It has been attracting me for pretty long already, and looks like it promises a lot.

To be honest, I really couldn't get into AKIRA (Onizuka-sensei) in the role in the 2012 version either -- I mostly enjoyed it because of Miori Takimoto (Fuyutsuki-sensei). But she's not in this series so...yes, I'll probably skip it!
tending to put ~ on song titles since 2002

The first(?) GTO drama with Sorimachi in 1998 was awesome. :')

Ditto. But 1998? Gosh it's been that long, huh?
I don't even know if 2014 GTO is supposed to be a sequel or another remake.

Yeah, I love the 1998 one <3
Haven't watched a ton of J-drama, especially not in the past like... 9 years

The most recent J-drama I watched was on Crunchyroll, it was called "Time Traveller", or something like that.
I got into Teen Wolf because of my friends, but ever since the 4th season came out, I've been falling behind. It's kind of underwhelming, with season 3's big finish, and I'm still waiting for Kira to get killed off.

2012 GTO is the remake with some small new things from the new manga. and its quite good. 2014 GTO is a sequel.

The premise is simple: it’s Farscape, but with Kree instead of Scarrans, the Nova Corps instead of the Peacekeepers, and mocapping instead of Muppets.
http://www.geek.com/review/guardians-of-the-galaxy-review-marvels-own-farscape-1600854/It's currently at 92% at Rotten Tomatoes. It
was at 100% before the humorless snobs at places like The Village Voice and Salon.com chimed in.
I'm going to see it with my friends tomorrow. I grew up with Marvel and I loved
Farscape, so... yeah.
