Eripon is awarded the Barks News Award Gold Prize for the month of April. The Barks news article was a report on Morning Musume. '14's Ikebukuro Sunshine city release event where Eripon mistakedly said she is an "idol in ten thousand people", and Sayu responded back to her. It was the #1 most accessed article in April. Eripon accepts the award and says a few comments about the article.

Morning Musume.’14 held the release event for the new single “Toki wo koe Sora wo koe / Password is 0” at Ikebukuro Sunshine Fountain Square on April 16.

In the first MC, Erina Ikuta got a laugh of over 2,000 fans gathered at the venue, by introducing herself that she is the idol in ten thousand people. She meant to say “the idol in ten thousand years”, in response to a rivalry with Kanna Hashimoto, who is now becoming popular among idol fans in Japan, who said she is the “once in a thousand years idol”. In Japanese “year (nen)” and “people (nin) have a quite similar sound.

there was one last call for orders from Fortune music last week (5/19). that probably made that jump. or maybe some people buying other artists new releases this week decided to pick up a copy with it. (they charted in the middle of all the new releases today, which isn't easy to do). or maybe the new Kagome vegetable drink with their picture on it helped.
