I guess, but it seems like a fairly recent hype. I think the loyalty level among MM fans would be a lot stronger, so there would be more fans monitoring the internet for when the tickets go on sale. :hehe:

I keep freaking out about the tickets. I heard BABYMETAL tickets for their London concert sold out in a day, although I don't know how big the venue is or anything... but MM should obviously be more popular, so... >.>

Same, I get anxious just thinking about the tickets. I haven't booked anything yet because I really want to be sure I have a hand on tickets. What if they go on sale while I'm sleeping or something? What if by the time the page loads everything is sold out?

I do agree that BABYMETAL is more popular, though. At least, they get more publicity in the West. Only Morning Musume fans are aware of this concert. There is no anime convention to support it and MM doesn't have the novelty that makes BABYMETAL thrive.

So I just checked my coin-saving-up-collection...
I have $43.72 in there. I just counted it out.
That, plus a bunch in my bank account...
DAT TICKET IS MINE! XD
(Regular Ticket, of course...)

You need to take into account tax and fee's. Better they and make it $50 to be on the safe side. ;D

Hence, "plus money in the bank"
And also, I'm sure my parents would spot me $5 if need be. XD
But I have at least 60, so I won't need to worry. :P
(By the end of the summer, I'll have WAY more than enough anyway, I just need enough now to make sure I can get the ticket. XD)

After the show sells out (and it will sell out, the question is only when), people will certainly be selling tickets on the secondary market for a profit. The question at that point is merely: How much are you willing and able to pay?

Every ticket I've ever bought for any H!P-related concert in Japan has been from a reseller, either Gorakudoh in Harajuku, someone on Yahoo! Auctions Japan, or even (in an act of last-minute desperation) a scalper in front of the train station near the venue. Here in the States we have StubHub and similar online resale sites. A friend of mine recently got a free TicketClub membership, so we used that service to get our tickets to see Paul McCartney at Candlestick Park.

I think it's usually announced beforehand when tickets are going to go on sale, right?

They wouldn't suddenly go on sale without warning.

If I can get tickets, I'll be willing to buy a few extras to re-sell to JPlop members for the exact price I paid. Regular tickets, not VIP ones.
