Do people actually preorder before they even see what the covers look like?

I always wait until the covers are shown so I can pick the best cover, and get the best bonus

Since this gets released in June we probably won't get covers for quiiiiiite a while. But maybe if they're generous we'll get the main A-side during Hina Fes? Might be a long-shot, but they've done similar things before. Cute's Tokai no hitorigurashi was performed like 2 months or so before it was released, so.
