Since when do we romanise を as "o"? It looks really weird to me and I've never liked it as a romanisation.

I know it's said "o", but only sometimes, right?

To keep with consistency of past titles it should be Toki wo Koe Sora wo Koe.

Masculine versus feminine, formal versus informal, etc. Technically, it's "o" and always has been, but "wo" sounds more girlish and/or poetic, especially in the title or lyrics of a song.

I'm not sure about two in the same title, though. That's a bit weird.
