Suddenly I'm really glad that I know he has the money to afford good hospitals, doctors, and treatments. That, catching it early (something that probably helped my grandpa a lot), and having a wife that most likely has more time than some to help look after him, makes me hopeful that he'll recover.

it's in the early stages so the prognosis should be good and probably won't lost his voice or anything.
