Maybe there are two different letters involved? The one the Eripon gives to Mizupon is either Eripon's confession letter to Mizupon (or to Niigaki-Sensei), and the letter that they are reading is Sakura's confession letter to Eripon.

Really? I would think the opposite since Eripon is using two hands and looking nervous and Fukuhime is using one hand and being casual. But, I am not an expert on Japanese school girl body language so I might be wrong.

That would make sense if we go with the idea that this is Ikuta Erina and Fukumura Mizuki being directed in a photo shoot.

But, if we let our imaginations run wild and think that this is one of the pons confessing to the other, the Mizupon character would feel that she was above good manners and just grab the letter from a frightened and nervous Eripon to put her at ease. Also, if it was Mizupon confessing to Eripon one would wonder why a senpai would bother with a confession letter for a kouhai rather than just hitting them on the head with a club and dragging them back to their lair?
