It's not that much different from listening to a radio rip. Also here is the wrong place to start a battle. Just because we listen to it it's not going to stop it from happening. It's like thinking that being vegan will stop animals being used for food. Most of us here have already pre ordered the album. I for one have already preordered the album on iTunes which despite being a legal purchase still will never contribute to sales on oricon and there is nothing I can about that since I can't buy hard copies. Now excuse me while I listen to that Manpower preview.

From what I can tell, the reason he's complaining isn't because the tracks have leaked and he thinks that complaining to this small group of people will change that, but rather because full-quality mp3 rips were posted on this site.
Posting links to MP3s isn't ok. Linking to pages that link to MP3s is iffy.
Zunu will post more in-depth about it later, but for now let's drop it and talk about the album.

I'll probably have more to say later but my feeling is basically that direct link mp3s of official recordings are not to be allowed here, nor links to direct links or torrents, but if someone is linking to a YouTube clip, I don't care. YouTube will remove it themselves In an instant if a legal issue arises.

At the same time, however, this is not the appropriate forum to request or discuss retail quality rips, either. If you happen to know that some YouTube clip has HQ audio or can be somehow ripped, keep it to yourself.

And truthfully in the eyes of the law every article, photo, video, performance etc is copyrighted whether in full quality or not, so let's not go overboard pointing fingers, either.
