You make a monkey dance and everyone forgets about the quality of the music. Because, OMG a dancing monkey!!!

But overall I didn't think it was horrible. I mean its still only half a preview of one song on an album. There's bound to be the good, the bad and the ugly.

I'm still going to wait for The Manpower, my least favorite song! If they can pull a miracle with that then my purchase was worth it.

Going into it I knew that there was going to be problems. Literally, it's the Star Wars dilemma. You're messing with some classic songs that by some accounts, don't need to be messed with.

I like it. I don't think the fun was sucked out of it at all. It's just a different kind of fun. It still sounds smiley and happy, but with a techno beat in the background. It was pretty obvious the Techno was where they were going with this album, as that's what in vogue, so I wasn't expecting anything different. To me it sounds like a fun Lady Gaga song, VERY techno but still tongue in cheek. Just because it has a "Drop da bass" kind of sound in the background doesn't make it less fun, there are a lot of songs that do this and are still firmly considered "fun" (LMFAO being the biggest culprits)

It just sounds like a remix to me. And it's fine.
