If the rumoured track list is true, then there's a possibility of the newer singles not being released on their next original album? Oh no...I'm not sure how to feel about a best album or wether I'm going to get it, but I wouldn't like it if it turns out you're forced to get this album for some of the singles...It would have been nice to have all the popular singles on their new album as the new Morning Musume...

Yeah that's my biggest complaint . Though Wagamama and Ai no Gundan are suuuuuper kick ass

Well, that's kinda the reason for why they re-record songs. Because they are the new Morning Musume. And we're getting two new songs.
Wagamama/Ai no Gundan WILL be on their next album as they aren't on this album. But everything before that won't, unless it gets re-recorded/re-mixed/idek/popular or something.

They wouldn't fit all the latest singles + new songs on a new album without doing it double disc which H!P doesn't do. Sure they could and blabla but yeah, not gonna happen.

Still no word on the DVD content. So curious wtf. @.@

Yeah that's what all of us want, I think. One way or another. Even just dance shots would be great. T_T
We'll get the making of the photoshoot for the covers of the album for sure. But.. what else?
It'd be nice to see recording footage of the new songs, or interviews.

But yeah, I'd love PVs -- even if just super simple ones like for C-ute's re-recorded best album.

That's kind of it though. The new morning musume music sounds so different from stuff like Renai Revolution, it would be odd to to have them together in one album. That or they're going to update the hell out of them? I thought they wanted to not be associated as part of the old musume but that they can stand on their own. It might be dangerous to break the streak of releasing succesful original stuff. Or maybe I'm being too worried

And besides that, I've heard those popular songs to death and own them on the singles best collection.

Again, it's going to depend on how they're going to handle this album and wether the updated songs are going to be fitting enough with the current musume songs. I reacted negatively towards this best album at first, also because I have been anticipating their next original album. I'm probably going to change my mind if it's going to be handled like C-ute's last best album. New PVs would be great too.

How do they sound different? Except for the obvious electric sound but b-sides and album songs are without that too? I'd say most MM singles post LOVE Machine are completely timeless so...
However they say that the arrangement is gonna be updated and that there's gonna be remixes so, obviously they won't take the instrumental from LOVE Machine released in 1999 and have the girls sing.

The type of song is different though, of course, but what's wrong with having our girls do happy and cute stuff? Just shows that they can and raises the question --- what can they not do? Which is a good thing.
