Anyway, I'm actually super excited about this, re-recording some of the really well known songs by them is a great way to further confirm their announcement that "WE ARE THE CURRENT MORNING MUSUME" It's a fantastic idea. In the future when they are on TV and the shows are always asking for Love Machine they can respond with their version, and not the old version, pretty much forcing the attention right back on to the them now.

The probable playlist also seems really likely to me and I really hope Manpower is on it. That was the first Morning Musume single I fell in love with and obsessed over when I first got into them, and I consider it my first single (despite actually tuning in when Chokkan 2 was released).

Also Sayu doing Aruteiru makes a lot a sense, because didn't she say that was her favourite single? Or at least one that means a lot to her? I'm sure when the idea for this popped up, Tsunku let her pick what single she'd want to sing the most, or at least remembered how much she liked it.

And I would be pretty surprised if they didn't do dance rearrangements for at least some of the songs as well, since that's one of the biggest trademarks of the current Musume.

All in all I'm pretty excited~
