Anyone else just think Jurin is the Satoumi version of Peaberry? Even moreso than DiaLady.

Peaberry is an ace+popular member (not necessarily an ace), (Riho, Dawa; I realize Dawa is basically center of S/mileage now but not really an ace...)
Jurin is an ace+popular member as well (Karin, Maa-chan) and they both have very similar style of songs.

Jurin could sing cabbage hakusho and Peaberry Hotaru Matsuri and I probably wouldn't have really known the difference.

DiaLady on the other hand is like ace/center squared.

... except both Jurin and Peaberry are Satoyama units

I think the group is exactly like Peaberry, which is the promotion of whoever they want to promote most at the moment.

Masaki and Karin are also perfect for the unit because they both are good vocalists that can sing the type of song and still have the pure, childlike image (so Masaki is a better choice than Mizuki, who looks more grown-up).

Also, as much as I enjoy Lady Mermaid "One for the one" still makes no sense to me. The rest of the lyrics do, just not the "one for the one" parts. It's like they put that their just 'cause they wanted a catchy phrase between the verses and choruses.

I think it just refers to a person doing things for him/herself, like being independent and true to him/herself. "The one" could also be another person.

The grammar/phrasing is kind of like "All for one, one for all."

Considering the rest of the song, I'm pretty sure that Dia Lady's "One for the one" would be "I for you, you for me" as the song is about two best friends, so.

Hearing Jurin make me go: This is the future of H!P They both sound so good at this type of song and with each other. Of all the SatoUnits it's shot of to my favourites pretty quickly.

Peaberry look really good together and their voices are interesting to me, but I'm not entirely sure if the slow ballads fit them well, or at least Riho, Riho's way of live singing makes me want to see her singing something fast and hard and not something slow and sweet
