Well that's lame, Fuku-chan has handshakes when I am in Japan and they are both waaaaay outside Tokyo, hope some closer get announced!

They do have to cover other prefectures otherwise they won't ever finish the Nationwide campaign that is their objective for the year

Tokyo is definitely on their schedules though, it's kinda a given since it's home turf with presumably the highest concentration of fans. Hiroshima, Fukuoka, Nagoya and Aichi are repeat provinces too iirc, on the other hand this will be the first time they'll be having handshake events in Kochi, Saga, Shimane and Tottori.

I keep getting "Basketball Team" vibes from this poster, but I'm seriously in love with it. It stands out among the normal bright colored, cutsy posters one usually sees of Idols. I also love the "What you keep talking about the OGs? Excuse us, but as you can see now WE are Morning Musume, so kindly start talking about us instead. Now." feeling the wording has.

Big posters have been such a good idea, especially with so many. It really piques the interest of people who aren't even into music, because it just makes one curious. And if they remember Morning Musume from their childhood, the message might really make them even more curious.

Or I'm just a huge optimistic.
