I saw Reina today. She had just finished doing an interview at JPOP Summit. Then she was just walking around in the crowd, nobody knew who she was. So I reached out and tapped her shoulder. She turned around and I said "Thanks for all the good music." She smiled and said "Yay yay." That was the end of our communication. She probably didn't understand a word I said, but I hope the sentiment came across. She has GREAT skin, not a lot of makeup at all. Very lovely young woman. Nice smile.

What I thought was really cool was that they were very human and didn’t take themselves too seriously. Some of the day I was standing right next to the four of them! How often can you do that?

During the 27th show, the sound system got honked up at the start (I’m thinking wtf, what a disaster), they stopped in mid song and just broke out laughing! (and it was spontaneous) Then after a little humor from them and after the sound got fixed they started over from the beginning as if nothing had happened. A reboot so to speak. So far so good. Then the next disaster. I’m thinking WTF. Reina was there then she was gone (poof). Down she went. She was wearing plat-form shoes and apparently a garment malfunction occurred when her shoes tangled with her garment tassels. Marina was laughing her head off, and I will never forget that look on Reina’s face as she couldn’t get up and was looking off-stage for help. (She was probably thinking WTF too) It took Marina to get the stage guy to come untangle Reina. Anyway what I thought was great was when Reina said she liked San Francisco but but found it to be a little troublesome or something like that...

If I'm going today I better leave now.

Oh my god. I wish I could gooooo! It sounds so great. You would never be able to get this intimate with artists/idol in Japan. If you touch Reina in Japan, you will probably get slapped or jailed.

Yay! I got to see somebody's autographed copy yesterday at least.

Their show today went without a hitch. Only problem today was, as Reina said in that old English class video, "People, people, people." A ton of people were there.

No pictures or video was allowed. Some got through though. I saw one staffer stop a person.

At Union Plaza, if you are not up front then the best place to be is in the rear if you want to see everything. Not as intimate as last evening in Japan Town. Glad a lot of people were there for them though.

Hooray for Denki to get close!
