Hm, indeed. Oricon still says 25, specifying the eggs in with OnGatas, but pretty much everywhere else is 22. Still, I don't see those three so busy as eggs that they couldn't participate with Ongaku Gatas if UFA told them to.
In other words, I don't think they're splitting up yet, but there's only conjecture to back me up. Nocchi's blog still hasn't been updated, and the most recent Guts10 was evidently recorded a while back. 
I think Ongaku Gatas will keep going, it just won't be called an H!P group. Apart from no more Elder Club concerts, that's all most of this is to me - a change in naming. It's not unheard of for H!P members to be in non-H!P groups. Pabo isn't even within UFA. The continued status of FC-only events still bugs me, though.
Interestingly, Nikkan says it will be "Mostly" Elder Club members, and Yomiuri refuses to call it graduation, using the same word as when Marippe left. It's like 22 people got simultaneously Friday'd.
