where members are added and stuff
like Morning Musume-san…

Even when Aya becomes an adult
there might always be this group called S/mileage!!

I don’t know if the members will keep on changing but, as it steadily changes it might become a beloved idol group that forever exists, like Morning Musume-san!!

But a few things he said in the video clip:
- he's looking for someone who express some kind of charisma/energy/something within seconds of their singing or even just their introduction.
- everyone who's applied today (4th of June) has been very good at singing.
- there has been a few girls today that he's found very charismatic and interesting.
- the girls are different from those that apply to Morning Musume auditions; it feels like they definitely think "Look at me!".
- for the future he wants S/mileage to grow as a group, of course, but individually he wants the girls to do various things; drama, tv, modeling as well so they can grow more.
