Just as a matter of speculation, I wonder what kind of songs the various members of the group (including the drummer and bass player) would write (or are writing)...

Kinda okay for it being... an indies release + mini-album + cover songs + not a ton of promotion (at least no single).

I like LoVendor way better than the Melon Kinenbi rock group. I'm really impressed with Reina and this group of girls. I wasn't expecting to like the music so it's a surprise to me. I'm buying the CD.

Like TU i'm wondering what will be the source of this group's music?

A lot of bands have regular session players or touring players who aren't technically part of the band. They don't take part in promotion. They can get fired or take a break without the public raising a stink. Doesn't AFAIK apply to anyone in UF but some bands actually own their name/image or collect recording royalties. That wouldn't be the case for a work-for-hire performer.

In this case, these women might be better off not being officially part of the band, since they don't have to worry about their personal lives being the subject of tabloid fodder.

They are both older, they probably sort of don't fit the image of the band either (though I really, really like them... maybe a bit more than the actual members)

I'm trying to see if either of them has an actual band I could follow but apparently not?

Well, so far they have two original songs and both of those seem pop-rockish.

From the blogs, it seems that Neesan (Yuki) at least creates quite a lot of music on her own. Though it doesn't seem that she writes lyrics but hey, if Reina can get to that and Neesan does the music, I see no reason not to perform that at some point. :b

I hope that on the music festa, we'll get some sort of announcement for a single release or something of their original songs. Even if just indies.

Finally got my album today.

Took crappy (and blurry, sorry) pics with my phone of the booklet (or rather, the pics of the pics in the booklet), figured I could share until scans show up.
