^Do you mean the no.1 dude? No, he is not Iwao-san. Kid at no.7 is Fuku Suzuki from the super popular drama, Marumo no Okite, from a couple years back, if I'm not mistaken.

By looking at all the lyrics posted on the walls and side of the table, it looked like the were learning English using the song Love Machine and invited Momusu as special guest just to perform the song.
