I feel like something must have happened that made it so Tsunku couldn't give it a proper release and everything else seems to be an excuse. He could have a plan as well, but we will see. As an indies group Tsunku has room to do things like this. Maybe since it was so successful he wanted to see if he can mirror the success through having it only available at the event. He could also just be trying to get more people to attend the kenshuusei event. I mean who knows. But sure Tsunku thinks he is doing the right thing and this is not because he doesn't think well of the group or the girls.
