Autotune (a catch-all word for any kind of voice processing) is part of mainstream commercial music. Like it, don't like it, whatever.
Just accept that it's not going away anytime soon.
Unless you're some starving indie artist performing on a street corner, nearly everybody uses it.
Some in a subtle manner, others base their entire song around it. Autotune doesn't change the core of the song: a boring singer will remain a boring singer no matter how much digital effects are layered on top of it.
I personally like how in these two songs the digital effects on the voices become part of the instrumental. They are there for a very specific purpose.
If you don't like autotune or pitch correction and want the voices to be "pure" as they are,
then what the heck are you even listening to idol music for?The entire idol industry is rife with it. How can you, for example, listen to most songs Kikkawa You has released since her solo debut ?
