yesterday, Smileage had a meeting to see their manager off. Smileage's 2nd manager's term has ended and will be transferred. it was sad for all of them. Smileage presented their manager with a pen and a color paper with their written names on it.

それから、昨日は、メンバー全員で、マネージャーさんを送る会をしました！

そのマネージャーさんは、昨日でスマイレージの、マネージャーさん終了で、すごく悲しかったです。
沢山迷惑もかけてしまったし、沢山お世話になりました。

だから、最後に名前入りのボールペンと、色紙をみんなでプレゼントしました。

喜んでくれたので、良かったです（＾＿＾）☆

That's sad for the individual losing their job. I am wondering with a new manager though, what direction they'll go in. So as far as S/mileage's future goes, this has the potential to be quite exciting!

^I think their managers are part-timers, or maybe on rotational duty. They are still working with UFP. If I'm not mistaken Smileages previous manager was woorking with Up-Up Girls. And the managers in this case do not decide the direction of the group. The managers here have duties more like a personal assistant. They manage the groups schedule, activities, transport etc. hence managers
