- Opening Talk :
~ "I am Okamura Minami, and I turned 20 years old on October 20th."
~ Okamura said that she felt like she had a birthday, but she didn't believe it was her twentieth. "I thought I would always be a child, and I thought I would be a beautiful older woman when I turned 20, so I was surprised to find myself like this," she said.
~ Okamura said that even though she is 20, she still likes pink, likes idols, and likes frills, so she tried her best to prepare for the event to sing cute songs in a cute outfit.
~ Okamura said that she couldn't talk about her goal for turning 20 yet, because she feels so strongly about having made it through his teenage years. Tsubaki Factory Ishii Mihane's 16th Birthday event @ TOKYO FM HALL 10.24.24

Ishii Mihane is the first Baby Camellia member to have a birthday event. Her outfit is a brown skirt with a Lesser Panda (Red Panda) ears and tail.

MC "Lesser Suzuki Keita"

Before the show started, there wasn't a call of "Mihane," but instead the wota shouted a vigorous, portable shrine-like chant of "Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-," for the Lesser Panda (れっさー)

Lesser Keita, who appeared after the show started, was also surprised and decided to encourage Mihane by shouting "Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-Lesser-" whenever she made a mistake or failed.

- Opening Talk :
~ Mihane greeted the audience by saying, "Good evening, Lesser!" and introduced herself, "I'm Ishii Mihane, and I turned 16 years old on October 20th."
~ Mihane "I was surprised at how many people called out 'Lesser Lesser,' but I'll try to keep the momentum going!"
~ Keita asked if she wanted to become an adult as soon as possible after turning 16, Mihane replied that she still wanted to enjoy being young. When she continued that she wanted to be told she was cute, the audience shouted "Kawaii!"
~ When asked that she would rather be called "Lesser Lesser", the audience asked her if that was a compliment. According to Mihane, it means something like plus plus plus!
~ Mihane is asked about why she likes Lesser Pandas. She explains that it's super cute that its short arms only go up this high when it's threatening.
Keita: "How long have you liked Lesser Pandas?”
Mihane "Very recently."
The audience "Awww."
Keita "It's been a year, right?"
Mihane "At the time of unveiling, we were asked to say our favorite animal, so I wondered what to do.

~ They also talked about Mihane's recent radio show appearance on 60try-bu a few days ago.
~ Mihane said the first birthday message she received was from Shiori Yagi. Her peers Yuu and Fuka where within the top 5.
- VTR Birthday message is from Sato Masaki, who Mihane admires. Masaki began by saying, "I haven't met Mihane-chan yet" but, Mihane said she met Masaki at Hina Fes. and everyone had a confused look. Going back to talking about the radio show, she said on the radio that she couldn't make eye contact with Sato-san at Hina Fes., but today she didn't take her eyes off Maa-chan on the VTR screen. Her hands were shaking, and after Maa-chan finished speaking, she asked, "Did you call my name?" She seemed to be in a dreamy state. Keita said, "After all, she is your senior, so the next time you see her, say, 'Nice to meet you,' and thank her for today."

- "Who eyes are these?" corner : The first corner was a game to guess who the Hello Members were just by looking at their eye pictures. Mihane suggested it, since "eye masks" of Hello Project members were on sale as official goods. If you couldn't figure it out in one shot, she can ask, "Please give me a hint." or "Which group is it?"

~ The following eyes were shown : Okamura Homare, Goto Hana, Tsutsui Roko, Murato Yuu, and Maeda Kokoro. Yuu and Kokoro, she easily figured out. She knows Kokoro's eyes are brown. Also, Mihane reveals a little information about Yuu. She looks like an adult, but she is still a babu-chan (baby). She was scared just by the sound of thunder.

- "Mihane's Choice" corner : Mihane went into the audience for this corner. She drew a seat number from a box, went next to that seat, and let the person in that seat choose one of two cards.
One had a "white feather" card, in which Mihane would gave a "happy word" to that person.
The other, a "black feather" card, is a prediction of something bad that will happen tomorrow.
White feather cards include "Today's outfit is cute" and "Thank you for your continued support."
Black feather cards include "The soy sauce I poured on the tofu tastes like cola." and "I found a hair of Lesser in my shoes." At the end of the game, a "Golden Feather" card was added. This is an "open story session" where the person who drew it has the chance to say good words to Mihane.

~ "My name is Saito Madoka, and today is my birthday, October 28th."
~ She said, " I feel like the heel of the shoe I'm wearing broke, but this is my birthday event, so I hope everyone will get excited."
~ Madoppi said that the members of OCHA NORMA could not come today because they had stage rehearsals, but she was so happy when Roko brought her a present before her performance.
~ She said she knew she couldn't make it, so she was just taking it easy when Roko showed up and surprised her.
- VTR Birthday message from Fukuda Marine
~ Then Fukuda Marine actually came to the venue and said she wanted to surprise Madoppi even though she told in advance that she couldn't make it.
~ Madoppi talks about the release of her photobook today.
