Announcement : Dambara Ruru will have her 2nd "RuRu Ballad" Solo Live held in Tokyo and Hiroshima scheduled this Summer.

She was so happy that everyone wished her a happy birthday, and Dambara said she had a present for everyone too!

Then, just by saying "RuRu Ballad...", the audience cheered loudly.

The audience cheered when she again announced that she had decided on the second installment of "RuRu Ballad"!

She explained that it would be held in Tokyo and Hiroshima sometime in the Summer.

She said that she had received many requests from the audience for another performance, and that she wanted to do it in a different way. She said that last time she sang ballads, but this time she might sing up-tempo songs and J-POP songs as well. She is preparing for everyone to enjoy the show, so please look forward to it in the Summer.

Before the event began, Yamazaki Mei made shadow announcements about some precautions.

1. Teenage Solution (Morning Musume. '21)

Opening Talk :
~ Mei greets the audience, "Thank you for coming to see me on this rainy day."
~ Mei talks about her outfit. She asked for something cute. Since she is 19 years old, she decided to sing "Teenage Solution" since this is her last teenage year, and decided on a teenage blue costume. The costume was a split front, which Mei seemed to like, and she also explained that she wanted to have a panda attached and a mini-hat. Mei turns around to her costume.
~ At this point, Yamazaki asked everyone to jump at the same time and MC Sawayaka Goro appeared. The two talked about how the first 15th gen. bus tour went. Mei said it was super fun! "I've never had the chance to talk to everyone up close for so long, so I got on the bus and everyone was so excited and it was super fun."
~ When asked what it was like to be 18, Mei said that many things happened. She said she went out with the members and also went out with members of different groups. She also recalled that in June, even without concerts, she did a lot of other things, such as bus tours and trainee presentations, and that she met with everyone every week.

- Mei☆BINGO game corner : 3x3 bingo cards are numbered from 1 to 9, and Fanclub players are challenged one-on-one to play Yamazaki Mei in a mini-game using the number drawn in a raffle. If they succeed in the mini-game against her, the number will be marked on the card, and if you get a bingo, you will receive a gift card for McDonald's.

~ "Acchi, Muite, Hoi"
~ "Kyun-kyun ♡ lines". If you can say the "kyun kyun kyun line" in the cutest way possible, you clear the contest!
~ "Panda-san Quiz". If you answer the quiz about pandas correctly, you will clear the game.
~ "Revenge, 1/100 Questionnaire!" If only one of the FC members could ask the corresponding question, the game was cleared. Mei's question was, "Who went to see a panda in Wakayama Prefecture in the last seven days?
~ The last game is "One word in a picture"! If you could say something interesting about a photo of a panda that appeared on the screen, you would pass the test. The photo of a panda lying down was shown on the screen, to Mei added the following comment : "Wow! I didn't get selected for the birthday event!" The audience laughed and the game was cleared!

- "Which one Doctor Mei?" Quiz corner : The audience was given two choices of questions, and they had to guess which one Mei would choose. If they guessed wrong, they were immediately eliminated from the competition, and those who remained until the end were presented with a cheki photo taken earlier.

~ Mei said she had a great time meeting many people and having fun in June this year. She said that she would have a chance to see them at Halocon starting in July, so please come and enjoy the event. She said Thank you to the staff for making this birthday event and all the other things she wanted to do come true.
~ Mei says she is now 19 years old. "I was just 13 when I joined Morning Musume, and 11 when I joined the trainee group, so 11, 12, 13...19...eight years have passed," she answers, counting on her fingers. Mei smiles as she says, "I've grown up, thanks to all of you!"

~ Mei asked everyone to do a "Panda-san Power!" pose with her

After Mei left the stage, the audience called "Mei-chan" and called for an encore.

MC :
~ When she reappeared, she placed a stuffed panda she had brought to the front of the stage and said, "Look at this, everyone! I have it before anyone else." She also showed off her Panda-san penlight. She explains that she wanted to make the eyes black, but you can't see them.
~ She says that only those who are there at the event, can see this next performance, and that it will not be made into the DVD.

It is announced today that Tsubaki Factory, OCHA NORMA, Rosy Chronicle, and Miyamoto Karin are invited back to perform at the Summer Idol Festival event "SPARK 2024". Also performing for the first time at this event will be Ozeki Mai and Takahashi Ai's group GOKI-GENs. It will be held at Higashi-Ogishima Higashi Park in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa pref. this year from July 13th~15th.
