- Opening Talk :
~ "I am Morning Musume. '24 Haga Akne, who will turn 22 on March 7th."
~ "I thought about what to wear and chose this cute outfit. I chose a twin-tail hairstyle because I am 22 years old and I have never worn twin-tails at a birthday event, but today I wore a curly twin hairstyle."
~ Haga took a solo trip to Otaru (Hokkaido) by herself. She said that she was very busy at the end of last year, but in February she had a lot of vacation days and decided to go to Otaru because she had two days off. She also went to Nagoya and Ise for 3 nights and 4 days at the end of February, and invited Fukumura-san, who has never been on a 3 nights and 4 days trip in her life.
~ MC Suzuki Keita asked if they had a fight since they were together for 4 days and 3 nights, Haga explained that they had been working together for a long time, but they each have their own values, so she was afraid they would have a fight on the first day, but it was fine. They slept together in one bed even though there were two single beds in the hotel. When asked what was going on, she said that it was Fukumura was the one who proposed the idea, and that she did not want to sleep in outerwear, so she divided the two beds into one for lying down in outerwear and one for sleeping in pajamas or other inner clothes. It was a lot of fun, and she recalled that she had not been to Ise Jingu Shrine since the Fall of 2018, when she and the members were shooting for a DVD magazine, but that it was a sacred place that cheered her up. When she asked Fukumura-san how she liked the trip, she replied, "It was fun." Haga gestured how they were holding hands the whole time.

- "IKG of Life ~Student Edition~" corner : I (Iro) is a color, K (Katachi) is a shape, and G (Gion) is an onomatopoeia. The theme was about the students' school days, and the guests who were selected by lottery gave hints to Haga, who did not know the theme, using "color," "shape," and "onomatopoeia" to see if she could give the correct answer.

- VTR Birthday message from Juice=Juice Irie Risa. Irie-san said that she and Haga-san went out for dinner just the other day and went to a pancake restaurant that they found, and it was delicious. Irie-san said that she and Haga-san had similar ideas and it was fun to find common ground, and asked the audience to sing the birthday song.
~ "Risachi and I were on Team Tori of "Kacho Fuugetsu" and she is really healing and cute, and when we talked about our jobs, she said we were on the same wavelength and thought alike and it was fun." Haga-san said that they had originally planned to go to an amusement park, but it looked like it was going to snow heavily, so they decided to go for pancakes, and she hoped they could go to an amusement park again next time.
