1. Matenai After Five (Country Girls)
- Opening Talk :
~ Miyo's outfit is Kawaii themed. She liked the lace cape, and she requested "organdy fabric" to match it, and they made her a nice outfit.
~ As uploaded on Instagram, her nails were made by Satoyoshi Utano. She placed the order during the "Beyo- spy" and after a lot of back-and-forth, she ended up with her favorite nails.
- VTR Birthday message from Inaba Manaka :
~ They are "friends who went through the Hello Dance Gakuen together" and can have deep personal conversations. Miyo is described as "sensitive, straightforward, and has a strong sense of humanity. That's why I like all the members of Hello Pro so much."
~ Miyo said, "I had been thinking about my character Ren's background and other aspects of the performance in my own way during the stage play performance of "Beyo-spy," but halfway through I began to wonder if I was conveying the message to the audience. It was during this time that Manaka came to see the performance and cried when she saw it." She was convinced that she had conveyed the message to the audience, and from there, she was able to give her performance a further boost.

Miyo performed four ballads, two of which she sang at the H!P Ballad concert and two of which were her first attempts, saying, "The songs we did at the Ballad concert, with the exception of a few, can be used for birthday events."
- "Let's try riddles and hooks quiz" corner : She decided to do a riddle corner because she had fun trying it out at the recent "BEYOOOOONDS's Revelation" event.
- "Let's harmonize a BEYO song!~Miyon" : Continuing the corner from last year, Miyo sings some harmony parts of the BEYO songs live.
~ Motome yo... Unmei no Tabibitozan
~ Yume Sae Egakenai Yozora ni wa
~ Koisuru Ginga
Performing her own composition again this year :
~ "This year, I made a jingle for my Hello Mobile radio podcast. I haven't made a jingle since 'The number of O in BEYOOOOONDS is 5'." This time, she performed it in an a cappella.

7. Machigai Janai Naitari Shinai (Tsubaki Factory)
MC : Her 23 year old's goal was to "pursue greedily," while her goal as 24 year old was to "Steadily work out."
