Morning Musume. '22 Ishida Ayumi submitted an antigen test on the night of the 16th and submitted it for a PCR test. Late last night, the results showed that she is suspected to have been infected with corona. She also underwent a PCR test at a medical institution today, which confirmed a positive test, so she will take a leave of absence and be required to stay at home for the time being.

Ishida currently has no fever or other symptoms.

They have determined that 8 members, Fukumura Mizuki, Ikuta Erina, Oda Sakura, Makino Maria, Haga Akane, Kitagawa Rio, Okamura Homare, and Yamazaki Mei, have been in close contact with each other and will remain at home for the time being.

No fever or any other changes have been confirmed for the above 8 persons so far.

Morito Chisaki also has no fever or other symptoms, but will continue to stay home.

Notice regarding Kiyono Momohime's performance limitation
She was examined by an orthopedic surgeon on the evening of the 3rd and was told that inflammation of her joints due to ganglion and fatigue in her wrist was the cause of the pain and numbness. The doctor said that the inflammation would subside after resting her wrist for a few days, and will be able to perform with the support given to her at the hospital.

Announced on twitter, Momohime will not need surgery anymore on her ganglion. She will just be using a supporter.

She is glad she doesn't need surgery anymore. She was saved at the last minute. LOL.

on Momohime's blog she elaborates "I was told by the doctor that the ganglion may have been punctured during the steroid injection I was given, when I was in the hospital in Hiroshima.

Then she says the "Ganglion was benign in nature. Don't worry, everyone.

The pain is still there, so I will be performing with a supporter.

I really hate to have to show you a performance with only my right hand.
so I will do my best.

I was already in the operating room. I was so nervous that the doctor laughed at me. I couldn't breathe. I was so relieved.
