"Morning Musume. '21 Formation Anniversary FC event ~Musume. × FAN × Fun!~" @ Chiba Cultural Hall 9.14.21

Morning Musume. '21 video message on their 24th Anniversary

MC Suzuki Keita

1st event (4:15pm)
Opening
MC - Member Self Introductions : All 14 members of Morning Musume. '21 are present
~ The applause was especially loud for Maa-chan's appearance.
Maa-chan : "The penlights are beautiful," and was happy to be performing at an event after a long time.

- "Morning Musume '18→'21 'Fun!' Episode." corner :
~ The first "Fun!" episode was the first FC event to celebrate Morning Musume's formation day, "Premoni.", (Omiya Sonic City) that was held in 2018. The results were displayed on five white boards and the members read out their favorite episodes.

- 12th gen TIME corner : It's close to 7th anniversary (9/30). A corner where the 12th gen members take turns playing a game.
~ Nonaka Miki's "English Command Game"
~ The first game was Nonaka's, in a showdown between Ayumi, Maa-chan and Kitagawa. There were lots of props on the table, and all you had to do was follow Nonaka's English instructions. The best winner was given a card of a famous chicken chain. Sakura looked like she wanted it.
~ The first command was "Put on a pair of cute sunglasses and skip around the stage", and Ayumi was the first to say "I got it" and start skipping. Maa-chan and Kitagawa, who had been listening to the commands carefully, put on sunglasses first and skipped after Ayumi-chan, and Ayumi-chan went back put on the sunglasses. Maa-chan made it difficult by saying, "Oon-chan imitated me, didn't she?" Kitagawa said, "You won, Sato-san, so why not?" Maa-chan won a gift-card for a chicken chain.
~ When Nonaka said the command "Throw a kiss to the audience," Maa-chan was the first to move, and she was the best overall performer.

~ Haga Akane's "Nechin Film ~Princess Awards~"
~ Akane's game was next. Homare, Yokoyama, and Eripon faced off. The 3 princesses were selected and photographed by Akane. They contestants read out their lines specified with emotion and props. The prize was a card from a famous coffee chain, but Maa-chan said, "I want this one, not the chicken one." The members soothed her by saying, "You can exchange it later..."
~ Homare was photographed from above sitting in a white dress that made her want to shout that she is "Winner". She chose a stuffed bear and took the bear's hand, calling it "my prince."
~ Yokoyama is pictured in her maid costume. She said the line, "Not stripes, but Yoko Yoko stripes."
~ Eripon looked less like a princess and more like a "chick" tipping a glass of wine in a lounge. With a glass of wine in her hand, she asks, "Can I have one of your song slices, please?" Homare is the winner of gift card.

~ Makino Maria's "LOVErin Riddle Riddle"
The last game was Maria's. It's a riddle, but before answering, you have to add "...LOVErin Desu ❤. The prize is a card of the famous hamburger chain "M". Sakura, who had been a member of the group for 10 years today (9/14), got one point without answering the question as a celebration.
~ The target was Kaede, who is not good at being cute. At the end, she seemed to have gotten over it after Maria gave her a hard time and told her that she could be cuter.
~ When asked the riddle "What is the smartest instrument?" The answer was "recorder". Sakura ended up being the winner.

- "Mo.-FUN Pressure Challenge" corner : Bottle Flip Challenge
~ In the Bottle Flip Challenge, you throw a plastic bottle half-full of liquid upwards while spinning it, and if it falls while standing on the table, you are OK. The challenge is to see how many members can flip it in a row.
~ In the first two rounds, one member after the other messed up right after clearing, but in the third and final round, Eripon and Rio continued to succeed. Homare miraculously succeeded, but she was out at the next round.

- Live corner :
1. Kono Mama! (first time all 14 members performed this song together)
2. Yamete yo! Sindbad / Fukumura, Oda, Makino, Yokoyama, Morito
3. YAH! Aishitai / Sato, Kaga, Kitagawa, Okamura, Yamazaki
4. I'm Lucky Girl / Ikuta, Ishida, Nonaka, Haga
5. Bravo! / All

No announcements. Just all fun for the members and fans.

I'm happy to see Masaki performing again, even if it's just a few songs.

The BYNDS x Dance setlist sounds fun too, hopefully it was recorded.

^not gonna lie, I had a what if moment but relieved it was just a normal event with a bit of goof and a few songs. I know eventually Maachan will announce her graduation at some point but at least it’s not today XD :thumbs-up:

I just hope that when she does eventually announce her graduation, it'll be on her terms and not because her IBS forced her to. I hate it when girls have to graduate because of health issues. :(

It's nice to see that Maachan was able to perform a little bit! I'm sure she was excited to be back on stage. ♥

Symptoms of endometriosis have been acting up again for Juice=Juice Kanazawa Tomoko.

Thank you for your support of Juice=Juice.

Juice=Juice Kanazawa Tomoko, has been sick since last week and has been diagnosed as having endometriosis.

In view of the fact that her health condition is not stable and her symptoms fluctuate from day to day, she will be taking a break from my activities for a while.
She will be on hiatus for about 3 weeks.

She will miss the start of the Hello! Project 2021 Autumn "Zoku Kachou Fuugetsu" tour with Team Moon.

September 23rd : Harmony Hall Zama
September 25th : Sendai Sunplaza Hall
October 2nd:Forest Hall
October 3rd : Misato City Cultural Hall

As for the timing of resumption of activities, we will monitor her daily condition and seek medical advice to make a decision.

http://www.helloproject.com/news/13563/

Back in 2016, Tomoko was first diagnosed with endometriosis, and back 2018, she missed more events due to reoccurring symptoms.

blog
An announcement regarding me, Kanazawa Tomoko, has just gone up about the temporary suspension of my activities.

I have been sick since last week, and when I was diagnosed, I found out that it was due to endometriosis, for which I have been undergoing treatment.

To be honest, I'm very anxious because I don't know when and at what point the symptoms will appear, but I think it's a disease that I have to live with.

I am very sorry to all the fans who have been supporting me, and to all the people who have been involved in this project, for the worry and inconvenience this has caused.

I would like to take a break for a while to check my physical condition and prepare for the resumption of my activities so that I can meet you all again with a smile on my face.

Thank you very much for your support.

Juice=Juice members are feeling worried, telling her to rest, get well, and they'll wait for her return.

It's terrible that she's suffering so much from this terrible illness. Endometriosis is fairly common and can range from very mild to severely debilitating because of intense pain. It's also in some cases comorbid with other autoimmune-type disorders like lupus. There has been a bit of research that in some cases dancing may help with the severity, so hopefully she will be able to continue her career.
