The poster frame says "Wisdom for all couples", and the title says "Things to watch out for while your wife is pregnant", so… yeah. It's all about what they've gone through while having three children together and what they've learned each time.

I get the feeling that Shoji never expected to be a father, much less a father of three; that falling in love, getting married, and having children just happened somehow; and that he's still a little worried he's going to screw up everything.

Her talk is fairly blunt, in an I'm-fine-now-it-happened-years-ago sort of way, but you can tell it was a difficult time for her and probably contributed to her decision to leave. Long story short, she was borderline anorexic for the first couple years (2015–2016), for the usual reasons why girls become anorexic (e.g., poor body image, competing for attention) but exacerbated by the reality of being a member of a top idol group.
