Yeah, I was kind of expecting to find some western songwriters on it, but neither one of the writers is. It's not my fave track but I liked most of the album.

I've also apparently been kind of obsessed with Official Hige DANdism? Their videos are all over my YouTube recs now. It's hard for me to not like them; they have some great tunes.

More or less common knowledge at this point but, in a move reminscent of 3, 2, 1, Breakin' Out!, Grimes has released a green-screen version of her new song, "You'll miss me when I'm not around," but she's gone a bit further and released the raw audio as well.



There have already been a few creative responses, such as this Animal Crossing version and this version with spacey backgrounds, as well as my favorite, an audio transformation of the song into something almost unrecognizably ethereal.
