We both seem to agree that the dress is amazing and that Tomoko looks amazing in it.

My comment of it being a waste was that it was unfortunate that a whole lot more people won't see her in that dress because FC events are smaller audiences and way less people look at FC event DVD releases.

And yes, it was her birthday (and in her case it looks like the event might've been in her actual birthday) but it was still a business move by UF* to have a FC event for her birthday.

A major typhoon is about hit Japan heading towards Kochi prefecture (Kawamura Ayano's home) and move towards the Kansai area in Osaka and Kyoto.

Staff will be monitoring the situation and see if it will head towards Nagoya where Hirose Ayaka and Inoue Rei's birthday event will be held. They will inform if it will be postponed or go on.
