I love how Yuukarin is all "Sumairu" its the cutest thing ever, same with Ayacho's "Oishii ...Tabemashou" so cute!

She's good
When she calms down and apply herself I can see how some people would consider her a genius, just from the wide breadth of her raw talents. Unfortunately she's still not so high on the book smart/common sense ratings though lol

"Genius" in the way they call her (and Eri) back then isn't a reference to being booksmart. But rather a reference to being able to change the atmosphere/say things that are so random no one wouldn't think of them in that situation and similar things like that, that Masaki... just does.

Lol that(about her being booksmart) they definitely don't.
It's not just being random either though, I've definitely heard and read a few interviews of several MM/h!p girls calling her a "genius" as in very talented like Sayu, Riho, Sakura, Maimai, Chisato etc.

Yes, she shows all the signs of being an extremely gifted child. (Ditto for Sakura, which is probably one reason why they've become friends, but that's another discussion.) It's just that up until now, her hyperactivity and immaturity have generated more "noise", so most people don't notice.

About Maachan, she definitely is a gifted child. I thank her parents for having her learn piano, horse-riding?, skiing etc...I didn't know she spoke mostly English when she was little too until recently. If only her vocal's not high pitched, she would've been great vocalist. But I read somewhere before she seems to be training so that it doesn't sound a high.

Maachan has been pretty awesome vocally for quite a while. Her voice is more versatile than it appears at first.
