I'm still not sure what this new format is supposed to be. Biweekly episodes instead of weekly, with an official change in focus from Tsunku himself to showcasing indie idols at Backstage Pass. Hence the "Baku-On" (i.e., the Backstage Pass sound). Or something. I think.
Special guests: Sendai's own LinQ. And new OP and ED songs by Bakusute Sotokanda Icchōme…

Similar format as last time for main members.
3 girls will chosen from the rankings from December 24 (2012) through August 25. So far, the current position looks like this (up to July):
◎1st Place：Hario Arisa（７５P）
◎2nd Place ：Aoshima Karen, Aikawa Ayano（７２P）
◎4th Place：Hirosawa Mai, Asakura Yuri（７１P）
◎6th Place：Moroboshi Azuna, Hiromatsu Natsumi（６７P）
◎8th Place：Kumamoto Miwa（６６P）
◎9th Place：Hamajima Sayaka（６５P）
◎10th Place：Taiga Hana, Horiuchi Kaori（６２P）
3 girls will be chosen from the August monthly rankings. It started on July 30 and will go until August 26.
3 girls will be chosen by Warner Music Japan (the label they're signed to). The ones who are chosen from here are usual for due to "radio personality", "variety", "vocal ability", "acting skills", etc.
2 girls will be chosen by the Bakusute staff. (Pretty obvious to say that AD Nagisa will be back)
1 girl will be chosen at random. There will a tournament game later where girls can participate if they like to. The winner will be chosen as a main member. I'm assuming this event will occur at the end of the month.
12 Main Members in total. All 12 will appear in the Jackets for Regular Edition and Limited Edition D together. While they will be divided into 3 groups for limited A~C jackets.
What is interesting is Brass a (?) member that will appear in 4 Jackets (Limited A~C + Store/Cafe Edition).
