Sakura and Masaki both sound better than Riho doing it but it's not her part so...yeah.

Riho sounds great it "daisuki dakara zettai yurusanai" where she sings lower and is more comfortable. She does have a weird voice (to me) but it's not necessarily a bad thing. It's just weird haha.
Give her lower lines. For example, let her take Miki's lines in Kanashimi twilight and I swear she'll sound amazing.

I like Riho-singing-like-Sakura.

I don't like Riho's voice much otherwise. It is extremely nasally/whiny at times and it has an... immature? childlike? coloring to it most of the time. She does sing way out of range. But I like when she sings lower as well. Like in WTC, her shared line with Fukuhime "Jibun nari ni yatte iin da yo" sounds goooood.

You know when I liked Riho's voice? In that one line she had in Renai Hunter. The one before Sayumi's robo sayu line. She was great there. Actually Risa sounded stunning in that song as well. Was the key lower in that song for Risa or something? Not that I really understand singing terms.

Riho's voice is amazing when she sings in lower keys. Seriously, her solo in Stacy's is beautiful.

Unfrotunately she gets lines in Help Me she can barely choke her way through.

Haruka: Help me because Morning Musume's songs are too high! Reina asks if she means the key of the songs, Haruka confirms and explains how her voice is low and even in the recording of "Help me!!" her voice ended up affected. Then she asks the members if they've felt like lately the key of their songs has gone up. They agree and she says how she can barely get the notes sometimes, and she asks Tsunku if he could please think of lowering the key. Then Reina interjects with "That's no good, it should be about voice training!" lol. Haruka, "Hai!" and Sayu "Understood, Tanaka-san!", Reina replied "Do your best, Michishige-san!" lol.

It could be based off the fact that Riho can't stop sounding like a dying cat during a high note and it is really really really bad in Help Me!
