I thought one Photobook DVD was pretty interesting. It was KonKon in Hawaii. The people who did the subtitles kept a running count of how many times Asami says the word "sugoi", and Asami consumes some 30,000 calories on camera.

singles need to have to mini-photobooks and stop giving out posters. too many posters already.

That's actually a pretty good idea. Even if those mini-pbs turns out to be just a few small leaflet-sized pics of individual members or any random combinations of it with a little more variety between the shots, it already sounds more appealing for me than a poster. Shouldn't cost them much more than a poster too I would think...
