I have been reading about how people say Oda sounds like Miki or Takahashi, but I don't hear those voices. Oda's voice doesn't sound like them to me. I do agree there is something about Oda's voice and I only found out what it is just now.

Doesn't Oda sound like Yuukarin? Its the sweetness in her voice that kept me thinking that I heard it somewhere before. Not sure if this is Oda's natural singing voice or one of her "alternate" voices But no doubt about it, I hear Yuukarin in Oda's voice.

Sayu said on the latest Usa-chan peace radio that Sakura is very good at mimicking other members singing voice. She's done Dawa's part in Samui ne~, and she can imitate Sayu and Fukuhime's voice too. Sayu thinks she can probably copy every single Hello!Project member's voice
Sakura actually mentioned Miki by name as someone she aspires to be and has done a lot of research on her voice watching dvds and such so any similarities with Mikitty is definitely not a coincidence. I'm not even sure that we've heard her own style of singing at this point, it's really an exciting time to be a Momusu fan

This is a Morning Musume that is here to kick ass, fighting with all their might to surpass themselves and to show the world who they are. They don't want to get invited onto shows just to sing medleys of hits that came out before they were even born. They want to establish their own golden age.
