I don't think the Berryz shot was near the office, the pattern is used often for sound barriers around Tokyo.
But UF has used the HQ and the area around the building so many timed for everything that you can imagine. Chisato's webshow was shot at the playground behind the building. I've seen enough DVD magazines shot in the offices or on the roof. And I can't blame them, it's central Tokyo so it's always a cool location.
And it's also nice if you're in Tokyo, if you hang around the building long enough you will see some of the girls.

Nearly 3 hrs by train, both ways?
