He said that he wants people to see the dance and hear the song at the same time.
Probably because the dance in the actual MV will be different etc. The dance rehearsal was not planned to be put online but because of Ishida's and Kudou's injuries he went to put it up just because he wants fans to see it.

Honestly his blog confuses me a bit, but those are the main points.

Dance and formation is too good to not have all of them. Just be patient and post-pone the PV shooting :(

You need Ayumi for a good dance shot guys and Haruka's boyish charms too.

Also Mizuki really stands out in these dance practice videos.

Song's alright, auto-tune isnt that great and was really looking forward to a cute girly song but this is cool too.

I really like the dance opening, it feels like a cross between One Two Three and Renai Hunter which is fine and okay with me.

TYPING IN CAPS BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON THE LEVEL OF THE AWESOMENESS IS NOT BEING EXPRESSED BY THE REST OF YOU. SOHEE, STARRA, JOIN ME.

this song is freaking amazing. i use that word too much so i have to stop and mention how MUCH i mean it. IT'S SO FUCKING AMAZING. it doesn't have the immediate impact of One・Two・Three's intro with Reina's vocal hook, but this song it just builds and builds and aoewrij1oi345jrf[0q jesus it's awesome. i'm glad i'm not one of those people that minds an electro sounds because i can just bask in how cool and current they're sounding and this is MORNING MUSUME. the one group i figured would never go there because Tsunku either didn't want to go there, or didn't try.. even One・Two・Three was much further than i ever thought they'd go in that direction. jarring if you think of 2002-2006 Momusu, and unexpected if you think of 2007-2009 Momusu, and still a leap even for 2010-early 2012 Momusu, but that's the nature of this group. it evolves and totally transforms itself. this is what they need right now, because they're on the rise and what's the best way to grow the fan base? get more casual listeners. give them songs that fit into their world, ones they can't stop humming on the way home, ones that they won't be embarrassed (because Japan is conformist, god knows i'm not embarrassed) sharing with their friends.

and the CHOREOGRAPHY HOLY CRAP. did they get a new choreographer?! just one year ago i remember how for each single release i would pray and hope that they would give us something MORE. something that didn't feel like the usual H!P, and while i loved H!P as it was i felt they needed to catch people's attention with something that highlights their ability and their youth.

so either the choreographer is new, or they asked her for something different, or the music inspired her to level it up. THE FORMATIONS. THE WAY THEY MIX AND CHANGE AND CREATE UNEXPECTED PATTERS *turns off caps lock* the way they show off their numbers, the way it will look fantastic filmed/viewed from different angles. i can see girls everywhere wanting to emulate this dance because it's just so cool, which is one of the main reasons Kpop got as big as it did in Japan. there's also something effortless about most of the moves that i usually find missing from H!P, even in One・Two・Three. i'm gonna be learning the crap out of this.

i can only hope the PV and costumes will highlight the hipness they've achieved with what i can see so far. i'm even totally okay with it fitting in H!P's usual mold, i'm just hoping for a little more coolness than they usually strive for. no wacky hair, bizarre costumes, or backgrounds that clash with the costumes (looking at you, OTT and Suki yo). i'm also worried about promotion (or rather, lack of promotion), but i'm not even going to go there because i've learned i can't expect too much. they've certainly been WAY WAY better this year than they have been.. well, ever (except maybe during their time at the top, but their decisions these days are even different from then). however i know they will not push this as much as they SHOULD.

i'm totally and completely happy right now. and if i fawned too much, it's only because everyone else was fawning too little lol. even the positive comments were pretty conservative.. usually we're much more vocal about even lower quality/less reliable previews!

It's kinda weird seeing jplop agrees almost unanimously on how good something is XD
I'm still weirded out by the autotune at the beginning of each half of the song (sayu/masaki and ayumi/mizuki parts) but yeah..i already can't get this song out of my head  ..and sayumizuki parts makes me all giddy lol

forgot to mention my thoughts about the girls' performance. really solid performances from everyone, but i didn't like Zukki's bounciness in the hopping into place parts. everyone manages to make it look subtle except her. if everyone else was doing it the same as her i wouldn't mind (or maybe a would, it makes the move look more.. rabbit-y), but it's just her so it looks out of place. i'm also really pleasantly surprised with Masaki, that girl can dance. i noticed before that she actually keeps up with everyone when she remembers the formation/doesn't mess up the moves, but this time i can see that she has fluid style in her dancing. she's gonna be really good once learning new choreography becomes second nature to her.

poor Haruna still looks awkward, but i'll give her that she at least manages to minimize her awkwardness despite some of the moves being particularly bad for her style. and she didn't actually mess up as far as i could tell. i hope she keeps improving!

i really liked Sayu in this, and she has a (very minor but still visible) case of awkwardness in her dancing usually. and is it my imagination or did Reina actually seem invested in this choreography? she seemed to go for it a little more than i'm used to. and, again, might be my imagination but i felt like Ayumi may have outdone Riho this time. she doesn't have Riho's polish, but perhaps having a lot more lines divides Riho's attention in a way that her dancing doesn't stand out as much as usual. or it might just be that Ayu's style compliments this particular choreography more.. i'm not sure yet. i'll watch the MV closely.

this will probably be the first MM choreography 11kkies will have to memorize, yes? apart from the audition stuff and their debut single (which usually comes a couple months into their joining anyway). i really really really hope they can keep up. i don't want the formations dumbed down to accommodate their learning curve.

As a Riho fan, I actually think this is a good thing. Competition between the two can really bring about improvements. Personally, I think Ayumi is more methodical in her approach to dance which makes her look more refined. By contrast, Riho is sharp and snappy. Both are outstanding in this video and I love the fact that Ayumi is starting to get more lines.

Like I said in H!O, I love this song. Now, my expectations are still low and don't expect this to sell over 100K. But it is a solid song, and shows the direction Tsunku wants the group to take.
