I just want to know the numbers. I guess it's safe to say it's beating their previous singles, right? Be Genki and Pink Pajamas didn't exactly set the charts on fire.

I really hated Aa, Yo ga Akeru.

Which is sad because they were on a huge run of songs I did like.
(The only other song I didn't like from Berryz in the past few years was Shining Power.)

Charting singles depends a lot on momentum. So, if the previous single wasn't high selling then the current single selling more would be considered positive.

^ Yeah, 2011 was not a very good year for Berryz. I don't mind the singles (far from my favorites, though), but holy crap those hideous, awful PVs they had. Lady Gaga wigs, SDN48 dancing in red plastic wrapping and then depressed ladies in cheap pink pajamas. A Berryz PV without Chinami's smile is just worthless.

Yeah, I think it's safe to say that they will sell at least above the 20K mark for this, and hopefully around 25~30K...
we do need numbers just to know where they stand right now

^ I don't think it is, the song itself was really good (I immediately thought this way when the radio preview was out), but it's the whole package that's bad, including the outfits, the dance, the PV and the promotion
