Here are some highlights for you:

Reina says she loves girl bands, and so when discussion about this sort of thing came up she was really excited because she thought it would be cool to have her own band

She wants to perform love songs, but harsher songs would also be good. Any sort of song that fits the key of her voice would be fine

She really likes the song Saisatsu Butai from the Stacey's musical, because she likes songs that can change the mood of the audience

She likes to sing by herself, but says that the twin vocal thing will be interesting and more fun to watch

She's leaving the decision for the other vocalist up to Tsunku, but she wants someone who is very good at singing and can match her because it will encourage her to be better

She loves it when she's singing with another person and their voices in unison make a completely different sound, so the way the other person's voice matches hers is very important

Her voice sounded best in Resonant Blue, she says, because even though she and Ai have very different vocal styles, when they sang together it came out great

As far as character goes, she wants someone who can be on the same wavelength as her like Sayumi. Even if their personalities don't match, if they can cooperate in that way it will be fine

She says she's going to continue MM activities alongside the band. Even though it means she will have less time, she's excited to move forward

This is going to be different from other H!P units because it's going to be more serious

She is going to be a part of the planning

Her feelings about MM have not changed in terms of how hard she needs to work (although she admits she was spoiled under Ai's leadership)

She loved singing with Ai because of their vocal unison and how they could balance and work off of each other

She says that MM changed with the addition of all the young members, that it became brighter, and she hopes that the entry of the 11th gen will continue that brightness.
