Up Front Agency has a tendency to not execute its projects to it's full potential. They Half ass at least one part of a single whether it may be the MV, Cover,etc. !

They clearly rushed production of this single. After finalization, they likely realized that people were digging the song, and it wouldn't be a bad idea to create a real PV. Of course it isn't included with any of the singles at this late stage, but we're lucky to get it at all.

I think we'll see the PV for Pucchi best if not earlier as a bonus clip on a future berryz/cute single V.
