if Nanchatte was any indication (as the 40th single), we might get a decent amount of promotion with this single.
i can't wait to see it performed on a bunch of different shows and who knows what other ideas they might have to promote this single..

say, what did they do for promotion for their last double A-side? did they mainly just promote 1 of the songs on TV and such?

I mentionned before that it was a very smart move to perform this song at such kind of events since the main audience was girls (teenagers mostly) and the fact that momusu has now such a fashionable and fresh image with a very cool song makes it even better to expect a boost in sales coming from a new kind of fans

The problem is those kind of fans generally download music from Itunes and the like because it's much cheaper than buying a physical copy which would probably cost like their whole allowance. So even if they all downloaded the album it wouldn't count in the charts.

So it's likely we'd never notice a difference

Well Anyway. Itunes helps them money wise so it might do them good in the long run.
Also more girls at events and concerts would make our girls happy.

Even if they purchase it on iTunes, I'm positive that at least a few will get interested in the history of the group and hopefully follow their activities later on, thus purchasing physical copies...

But you're probably right about the fact that there won't be such a noticeable change
