Isn't she under another agency?

What? It's not that hard to memorise names of the new members
.
And they've always sort of done the "one audition a year" thing. The longest we went without auditions was between 8th gen (Aika) and 9th gen, which was almost 4 years.

kinda have to agree its gonna be hard for casual fans keep up with all these group changes. I think thats one of the major issues MM had that led to their declining sales because of the constant graduations and additions and the fans not being able to transition properly.
Thats pretty much one of the reasons why Golden MM was short lived, because nothing was kept constant except the fact that it was a constantly changing group. Then for a while it did stop, but their were still many issues that continued their mediocre sales.
MM really has been stepping it up lately but if they continue they'll eventually get to that point of success right now it feels really close for some reason though.
And I seriously want a girl with Amber/Blonde/Light Brown hair just to not make Reina not the only girl with brown hair, its just weird for MM

I'm pretty excited. I both love and hate auditions. It's fun to get new members, but there's the chance that your favorite won't get in and that's ... stressful. I don't really want a big MM, but if they bring in a couple good singers and no more bad singers, I would be very happy with that. I think my ideal would be two girls around 15 years old who can sing really well. If they add Karin, that's great. But I'm not going to go around getting excited and seriously hoping that they will add her. I made that mistake last time.

^^
The golden era decline happened for several reasons while graduation played a part with who they chose to graduate at certain times. Goto at the height of her popularity and then about 6 months later or so they graduated Yasuda who was a popular part of their TV image. So it drove down interest in them but it was several decisions around that time which drove down interest more.
They changed the line ups of Mini Moni and Tanpopo and had to with Pucchi Moni since Yasuda and Goto were gone. Changed the musical style of Mini Moni and alienated their young audience and of course all the sub groups bombed one after the other.
There is a whole lot more but there was a series of catastrophic failures around that time that contributed to drops in interest so graduations and auditions cannot be called the cause. Also initially auditions and bringing in new members drove up interest. After the boost they got from their biggest hit started to wane they bought in the 4th gen and drove interest in the group back up again.
You can see then now with new generations like with 10th gen the papers and magazines want to write about the group again and they are getting on TV. They have new members that are fresh and some like Haruka are gaining a lot of attention by being interesting characters.
So auditions and graduations can be a really good thing. Their decline on TV and coverage in general seemed to come at a time when they had no graduations and auditions and had the exact same line up for years. They became stale and boring. Idols have a certain shelf life so if you push the same ones for too long people will lose interest. There are a few who can last a long time but it takes a very special one who can keep reinventing themselves and being interesting.
I think there will be plenty of time for people to get to know the current generations since many of them will get 3-4 years in the group in some cases way more.

Besides, guys.
We won't see these new girls until like, December or something anyway, so it's not like we won't have seen 9th and 10th a lot by then.
