What does "Ai wa Itsumo Itsumo" translate to?

I'd say it's something like "My/Our Love Is Forever and Ever". But I'll defer to Sohee, of course.

I'll just chime in (still deferring to Sohee) and say that itsumo is more like always in the sense of "all the time, all day long, on a consistent basis" as opposed to forever, which is better translated as itsumademo or eien ni (although that's more poetic, like "eternally.") Zutto can also be used as always or forever or just "the entire time." These words are kind of confusing in English too actually so some of what I wrote is probably wrong.

So I'm thinking along the lines of maybe, All day and all night, it's love/ Lovin' you all the time, something like that. I'm pretty bad at translations.

i was thinking the same thing. in terms of translating it literally i would go with "love is always for all time" or "love is always, always" depending on the message/context. because to me it can be read two ways.. either it's incomplete ("love is always, always.." and doesn't finish the thought) or it's a cute way of saying "love is always forever" (by using the same word to complete the sentence).

also, it could be referring to the speaker's love or to love in general, so i wouldn't include my/our or anything unless it's made clear in context.

I'd agree with "always" if it was only one itsumo, but the doubling of it is what made me think "forever". It's not literally an indefinite amount of time (that would indeed itsumademo), just the sense of permanence.

I'd be content with icey's "Love Is Always, Forever".

I'd say "Love is forever (and) always" but, as always with most translations a lot of it depends on what the song is like. But from the title alone I'd go with that. xD
