outfits are not just the clothes themselves, you have to factor in the style and the person wearing it. i like Riho's outfit, but like i mentioned before maybe not street-wear (at least for a 13 y/o).

would DEF. not want frills on that skirt though. maybe just a different pattern, though that would change the look entirely.
