Eh, it's just... Kurofune. History and all. xD Esp considering how terrified Japan were of these ships, and the titel is "Kurofune has come back!!" xD
I always enjoy historical references in stuff. (Like Ryoma in S/mileage's Ganbaranakute mo ee nen de).
