She simply looks smaller. Flatter, even. And if she still had her implants, then her cleavage — especially in that dress, with that opening — would be much more pronounced.

Before now, except for special occasions like a certain red-carpet appearance, she conspicuously avoided tops that displayed her cleavage. They were tight, sure, but they didn't reveal much skin.
