10th gen audition (WINNERS: Haruna, Haruka, Masaki, Ayumi!)

Ayumi is so pretty. I hope she's the one who gets pushed the most out of 10th gen.

^ if Saturday's event was any indication, so far so good. she's the only 10th genner that got to be center (well, Airi was center but she was flanked by Mizuki and Ayumi).

That could be good. I hope she gets attention at least cause she has a lot of performance skills. But we never know... with all the girls there, she might just end up being center of the back. ^^;

I wonder who will be the Riho of 10th gen lol. Haruka and Ayumi seem like they will be giving some front somewhat and I can see Haruna being like Erina in terms of popularity. I wonder about Masaki though.

I think it'll be something like...

Ayumi = Riho (good dancer, front girl)
Haruka = Kanon (lively, good voice)
Haruna = Mizuki (calm, pretty)
Masaki = Erina (the other one .)

Haruna and Masaki could be interchangeable though. I'm pretty certain Ayumi is going to end up as the Riho of this gen.

i'm thinking..

Ayumi = Riho (recognized talent, most pushed, but need to establish personality)
Haruna = Eripon (personable, likable, not prominent in performances but given other stuff to do)
Haruka = Mizuki (talented but might have to work harder to be given a prominent role.. for Mizuki because of her shyness, but for Haruka probably because of her age)
Masaki = Kanon (not bad at singing, but not great at dancing.. kept in the back due to being less popular than the others, but likable/interesting personality and gets attention that way)

To me it seems that Ayumi might have more confidence than Riho does, so maybe it won't be as difficult for her to come out of her shell and such. Haruna seems to be really outgoing and all too, and just seeing that one clip where she tsukkomi'd Momoko, while obviously scripted, it was hilarious and I could see her get that role a bit maybe?
Haruka and Masaki I have no idea about though. Maybe cause they're a bit too young yet and neither of them seems extremely outgoing ala Kanon.

Masaki is still older and also looks older. in every culture it takes people a lot to take kids seriously, so Haruka will have to push through that because she just looks like she's so young (more so in person than in photos, i didn't realize just how small she was until i saw her). she does have a personality to push through it though, so i think it won't take her long if fans support her (meaning she gains in popularity, cuz UF listens to what the fans want usually).

Ayumi is definitely more confident (or at least more outgoing), but she needs a character type to really shine through. of course she's only just begun, so it may come out as soon as they start more activities. looks like she's gonna be popular one way or another, though. x3

Ah, I thought you meant more as though those few months would give Masaki an advantage or something. Haruka looks more like 9-10 years old even in pictures to me, too. She's free to do something amazing or whatever to make me like her, but it'll take a lot more than some bossy personality for me, really.

If she sticks to being outgoing and confident, I think that itself could evolve to be a type or character though? Though obviously it's close to impossible to have that down already, but still. Can't wait for dvd magazines and stuff. jfkldsjf Because, while they'll be on Coming Soon tonight, I doubt they'll get much time to show who they are. If they get to say anything at all.

...man. Can't wait to see Nakai behind his desk with 32 girls sitting infront of him. Not even AKB has done that yet as far as I know? They always send some 10-14 girls I think.

Oh, really? I thought AKB did get sent as a group, not with performances either?

As for Haruna, in what way do you guys think she's really pretty? Is it her face or her body or other things? She doesn't strike me as gorgeous, just the type who really knows how to take care of herself and can show her best side that way. Her length (at least, it looks like she's quite long) is great to showcase her body along with her fashion sense.

I guess it should be left to opinion when it comes to beauty but I'm curious to know why she's considered that pretty.
